Edward Kwasnick

President/Founding Principal

Ed has a broad base of experience designing, constructing, and operating laundry facilities. He was Project Manager of Facility Design & Construction for Omni Services, Inc. He also held positions as Division Engineer, Interim Director of Engineering, and Operations Manager during his time at Omni. Ed’s other career experience includes project engineer for Reynolds Metals Company and Vice President of Engineering Services for R.R. Simmons Construction. He is a licensed professional engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Vice President of Operations/Principal

Chip’s experience includes both process engineering and plant design. Before joining Turn-Key, he served as Engineering Manager for Omni Services, Inc., overseeing the Capital Project and Process Engineering groups. Chip also held positions as Project Engineering Manager and Division Engineer during his eight-year tenure with Omni Services. Chip is an active member of UTSA, and serves on the Plant Operations Steering Committee. His other career experience includes design and modification of power distribution systems for nuclear aircraft carriers at Newport News Shipbuilding. Chip holds a Masters in Business Administration from the College of William and Mary and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Western New England College.

Dennis Parrish

Dennis Parrish

Engineering Manager

Dennis has more than fifteen years experience in the manufacturing business. The exposure of different industries combined with his experience managing people and projects make him an invaluable part of the Turn-Key team. Dennis’s skills include process and plant design, equipment design and installation, building construction, project management, quality control, and safety. Prior to joining Turn-Key, he served as Director of Construction for a site development company in Richmond, Virginia and Senior Project Engineer at Omni Services in Culpeper, Virginia. At Omni Services Dennis managed capital projects and process improvement for the Mid-Atlantic Division. Dennis obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Jack Rogers

Senior Production Specialist

Jack has over twenty years of operations management experience in the laundry industry. His expertise includes production scheduling, inventory control and tracking, preventive maintenance, statistical process control, production methods and standards, process improvement, and project management. Before joining Turn-Key, Jack was an Operations Manager with Rental Uniform Service and Aramark. Jack also draws on experience from the steel industry where he worked as an operator, foreman, Quality Manager, and Plant Manager for E. F. Hauserman and Cleveland Metal Products. He has been an instructor at the TRSA/UTSA Production Management Institute since 2006.

Mike Hall

Mike Hall

Project Engineer

Mike began his career in the Fiberglass Door Division of Jeld-Wen Windows and Doors where he gained hands-on experience as a Production Group Leader. He also worked closely with operations to improve the production flow and increase plant throughput. This experience, coupled with his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, makes Mike a valuable part of the Turn-Key team.
